Why does customizing a machine make it non-ETL certified? +

All of our products are tested and ETL certified under their stock configuration. By changing out the exterior materials it changes the model that was approved. Technically changing the exterior materials does not change the internal components that were approved, but since it is no longer the exact ETL model we can not say it is ETL certified. This has no affect on the home user since ETL is used purely for consumer confidence. If you have more specific questions about this, please e-mail us at home@lamarzoccousa.com

Where does La Marzocco Home ship? +

Currently we can ship to anywhere in the UK and Ireland with shipping costs included in the final price.
Our delivery service typically takes 7-10 days.

How does service work for my machine? +

When you purchase you machine direct from La Marzocco Home, we offer phone and email support from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm GMT. If we can’t solve your issue over the phone, we will we will either provide details of our Preferred Service Providers in your area or give instructions on how to ship your machine to us for repair.

Can I create a custom color and logo for my machine? +

Currently we are only offering set customization pieces for the GS3. We will continue to add new items to the list of customizations in the future. If you want something specific for your machine, we have vendors that we can refer you to in order to create a completely personalized machine. Contact us for more information.

What's the most important thing I can do to make sure my La Marzocco espresso machine keeps running normally? +

The most important thing you can do for your espresso machine is to use the right water. Most of the problems people experience with their machines stems from the fact they are using water that is outside of the specification given by La Marzocco for proper operation. Each of our machines ships with a water test kit so that you can make sure the water you are using is within spec. What options do you have for shipping? +

La Marzocco Home offers free shipping for any orders over £50. We do not currently ship outside of mainland UK. If you are based out of the UK, please contact us to discuss how you can purchase equipment.

In order to fulfil all of our orders, we use a 2 Man domestic courier service. Our courier will reach out via phone and/or email with a suggested date and time. If the date and time provided does not suit you, you will be able to rearrange with the courier company directly.
