Now that it’s warming up, it’s time for summer cocktails! We love this submission for #thehomeartisantakeover, a twist on the classic pina colada, a “coffee colada” submitted by Dan Thompson, inspired by Joe McCanta.

Ingredients:
50ml Havana 7
10ml Fresh Lime Juice
50ml Coconut Yoghurt
4 Wedges Of Frozen Pineapple
25ml Espresso
A splash of sugar syrup to taste

Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender, blend, and serve immediately. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and cherries or pineapple.
