Every La Marzocco Home espresso machine comes with a one-year warranty. If you experience any issues during the first year of using your La Marzocco Home machine, please contact us directly. If we cannot resolve your issue remotely, we’ll either have a La Marzocco approved technician come to your home to repair your machine, or have your machine safely transported to one of our service centres across the UK.

Following the one-year warranty on your La Marzocco Home machine, we are always here to support. If you are experiencing any technical issues, please contact us for advice. We will recommend your local La Marzocco approved technician.

It’s really important to look after your La Marzocco Home machine to ensure it’s longevity, always use filtered or bottled water, back-flush your machine regularly and have a La Marzocco approved technican service the machine annually.
